Welcome to the WMHOA website

 

 

 

Wild Meadows is an active adult community located in Dover, De.

 

Members and residents of the Wild Meadows Community are invited to use this site to keep abreast of activities in the neighborhood. Due to ongoing activity, it is recommended that residents browse the site frequently in order to keep abreast of the latest news.

 

Visitors are welcome to browse our community activities and prospective buyers can reference links to homes available for resale. Every attempt is made to keep the listings complete and up to date.

There are 8 tabs across the top of the screen - hovering over any tab highlights topics that can be selected

The Welcome tab(this page) directs you to sanitation and trash schedules, as well as other state, county, and city services.

The news tab includes copies os our community newsletter, along with several outside publications that can be informative.

The Rent tab lists recent documents regarding arbitration results, and provides details on pending changes to the monthly lot rent.

The clubhouse tab includes the current community calendar, and highlights of past or upcoming activities.

There is a tab that lists homes for sale in the community, as well as a brief overview of the activities and amenities available. â€‹

The Documents tab provides an accessible place to look up or print off useful information.

The Comments page is available for any questions or requests.

Sweap & Shop is a place to list or find articles for your home.
