Reminder

​

The annual rent increase applies effective with the February payment.

The amount due is specified in the rental agreement. That amount includes the $2.50 RTA fee.

​

• Be sure to use the new amount when writing your rent check

• If you make automatic payments via your bank, be sure to adjust the payment amount.

• If you have authorized RHP to withdraw the funds from your account, no action should be needed
