This site is maintained as an open (not password protected) facility. The purpose is to distribute information about the community to residents, and to provide outside visitors and prospective buyers a view of the events and activities in the community. Residents can use the comments tab to contribute input to the listings.

The site provides links to homes for sale in the community, but we do not participate in the sale of the properties.

Prospective buyers should contact a realtor to get information about specific listings.

There are several outside newletters included in this site - with direct links to items of interest,

These include state and city sites, Dover Library news, and newsletters from the Manfactured Homes Action (MHAction) group.

HOA Membership

All homeowners in the community are automatically members of  the homeowner's association. General association meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the month in February, June and October - all are welcome. Dues are $10 per calendar year. Only duespaying households have the right to vote in association elections.

Address List

We request a telephone number to be used exclusively within the community. The WMHOA maintains a voluntary list of homeowners by name and address - including phone numbers(optional) - for the convenience of the residents. No personal information gathered is distributed outside of the residents of the community.

A copy of the list is part of the welcome package given to new residents. Updates are distributed as necessary, usually in the fall.
